  • How to make some extra cash in college

Now...you're probably not going to want to quit your day job (or your plans to become a doctor), but this will probably help you buy those cute shoes/dress you've been eyeing

    1. Be a model: No, no, not the kind that poses in vogue, but for artists. Your college campus will be bubbling to the edges with young hipster artists. You can answer adds in your newspaper, sign up with your school's art department or freelance. Nude models get paid a lot more, I make 15 dollars an hour.
    2. Babysitting: It was good enough for you in high school, it's good enough for you now
    3. You could get a job: Yea I know, the time constraints, the rules, the dress code, but, hey...it's a steady income. Your campus is sure to have a college job site.
    4. Find a sugar daddy/mommy: When all else fails.....
    5. Blogging/You-tubing: If you get enough hits/views you can start to make substantial money of the advertising

    6. Sell stuff: Your old clothes, books and jewelry. Or if you're crafty and clever, you can make products such as canned recipes, quilts and jewelry to sell at your neighborhood flea and farmer's market.

    7. Participate in a market research panel: There are ton's of websites online where you can take surveys, complete offers, participate as a product tester and make money! Be careful though, a lot of these websites are scams. I think the two best websites (and I've tried A LOT) are Cash Crate and MTURK

  • What fashion stereotype do you want to submit yourself too?

We all make fun of people who completely dress to a fashion stereotype but at the same time...you have to admit, it looks pretty darn cool. I know there's one type of fashion out there (punk, prep, emo, scene, lolita) out there that you must be dying to try.

I would love to go steam punk (Cause I love modern stuff, and I love victorian stuff and I love video games....this kind of ties into one)

    It's expensive though so I can't

Steam punk can either be the future as the Victorians pictured it

    Or our future Victorianized

Here's kind of what it looks like

  • I wish the world looked like this

Or a mixture anyway (these are also some of my favorite cg art pictures)

I loveeee ridiculously large cities with super tall buildings...in case you can't tell

everything just looks cooler when it's computer generated

  • What I WISH we could wear (part 1)

Everyone knows what's in style and what's not

But ever see something on t.v. or in a video game and wish you could wear it in real life

    here's my list

    1. Feminine Bodysuits

They have masculine body suits, they have sexy body suits, but rarely do you see a body suit that's feminine, flowy and exotic

    2. Headdresses

How gorgeous is that? But how silly would I look in real life wearing that?

    3. Body Armor

Admit it, you'd feel pretty badass walking around in that

    4. Any sort of neo-victorian style

It just looks cool and classy, without being goth.

    5. Last but not least, fancy dresses

The only place to wear fancy dresses? prom, homecoming and your wedding day AND you wear them only once! I find that soooo disappointing. I'd love to just go gorcery shopping in a dress
